Chairperson, Caitlein Jammo

Caitlein Jammo was raised in Pinellas County and currently serves as the chairperson of the Clearwater Housing Authority. She graduated from University of Florida with a bachelors of science degree focused on mathematics and theatre and later graduated from Stetson University with her juris doctorate and masters in business administration. She is a partner in the Clearwater office of Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP focusing her law practice on the areas of probate and commercial litigation.

Vice Chairperson, Kathleen Agnew

Born in Connecticut, after high school I attended nursing school in both Connecticut and New York and have practiced nursing in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Canada and Florida. I have been fortunate to live in England as well as Canada. As a resident of Pinellas County Florida for thirty years, after retirement I have been active in several community activities including being a Commissioner of the Clearwater Housing Authority for four years, presently serving as the Vice Chairperson.

John Doran

Prior to serving as CHA Commissioner Mr. Doran served two terms on the Clearwater City Council, preceded by one term on the Clearwater Community Development Board. While on the City Council Mr. Doran was the City liaison to the Countywide Homeless Leadership Network. Mr. Doran is an Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeffery Smith

Jeffrey Smith--Jeff is originally from Indiana, he is a resident of Pinellas County since 1978. Jeff has been a principal in a Architectural Field for thirty (30) plus years. He is a Commissioner for the Clearwater Housing Authority Board for eight (8) years.
