In an effort to continue streamlining processes for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program, Clearwater Housing Authority (CHA) has converted Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) to owners, landlords, and Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) from paper checks to Direct Deposit.
