Please read the following information carefully.
The Clearwater Housing Authority (CHA) will be accepting ONLINE applications for one
(1) and two (2) bedrooms from families with low to extremely low income for the Family
Public Housing Program. The site names and addresses are:
Fairway Gardens Paradise Trail
30 & 110 N. Lady Mary Drive 1111 Cardova Lane
Clearwater, FL. 33755 Clearwater, FL 33755
PLEASE NOTE: APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PLACED ON THE WAITING LIST ON
A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.
APPLICATIONS WILL BE SELECTED FOR PLACEMENT ON THE FAMILY PUBLIC
HOUSING WAITING LIST BY RANDOM LOTTERY.
Online applications will be available from 8:00 AM Monday, November 6, 2023, to 5:00
PM on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at: www.clearwaterhousingauth.org

Click on the Applicant Portal button at the top of the homepage.
You must register to create an account to complete the online application.
CHA will notify only the applicants chosen by random lottery via U.S. Mail within ninety
(90) days of November 7, 2023. Incomplete applications, duplicate applications or
applications not selected by random lottery will receive no further notification.
