2022 Project Based Voucher Program Waiting List Opening
Please read the following information carefully
This application is for Clearwater Housing Authority’s (CHA) Project Based Voucher Program Waiting List for two (2) bedrooms and applicants who are homeless families with children ONLY. The site name and address are Goldsmith Gardens, 1520 N. Saturn Ave., Clearwater, FL 33755.

Applications will be available upon request via email at hcvparticipant@clearwaterhousingauth.org
beginning Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at 8:00 AM until further notice.
MAILED AND HAND DELIVERED APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Eligible applicants will be placed on the Project Based Voucher Program Waiting List for two (2) bedrooms by order of date and time received.
ONLY applicants who are homeless families with children are eligible.
An application referral form must be completed by an applicable agency and included with the application.
Only the applicants selected will be notified via USPS within thirty (30) days of the email application receipt date. Only one (1) application per family may be submitted. Only families with a maximum of four (4) household members may apply. Applications submitted with more than four (4) household members will be considered ineligible.
Applications that are incomplete, ineligible, duplicated or not received via email will be discarded and no further notification will be provided.
