   Thank you for visiting our website. Clearwater Housing Authority has many rental and self-  sufficiency opportunities for low to moderate income persons. For over a decade we have expanded our portfolio of properties to increase and preserve the affordable housing stock within the City of Clearwater. Currently our properties are 78% private investor funded. We are proud of our ability to provide rental housing opportunities while lessening our dependency on federal dollars.

This website is another step in the direction of innovation and self-sufficiency as well as a great way to share information that could greatly impact the life of low  income persons in need.
